چکیده
Aluminum vapor chambers have become an important component used to solve heat dissipation problems in lightweight applications due their low density and good transfer characteristics. In this paper, a new sintered aluminum powder wick is provided for chamber. An porous was using liquid phase sintering technology. Using acetone as the working medium, influence of structural parameters on its boiling performance studied. The thickness particularly significant. Thinner, wicks better critical flux (CHF). porosity particle diameter mainly affect coefficient (HTC). At flux, with small has higher HTC. HTC wicks, larger porosity, decreases slower. optimal ranges from 46.4 ± 2.5% 51.8 2.5%. Compared polished plate, CHF increased by 1.7 times, about 4.6 times under same flux.

متن کاملSteady State Vapor Bubble in Pool Boiling
Boiling, a dynamic and multiscale process, has been studied for several decades; however, a comprehensive understanding of the process is still lacking. The bubble ebullition cycle, which occurs over millisecond time-span, makes it extremely challenging to study near-surface interfacial characteristics of a single bubble. Here, we create a steady-state vapor bubble that can remain stable for ho...
